I am going to introduce you one of the generic decisions we added in Darkest Hour in order to let you enjoy the game not only during war times, but also during peace times where you have to prepare your country for the upcoming conflict.

We have added a 'Wargames' decision that seeks to gather some of your generals and let them play wargames simulating how they would react in the event of a war or of a specific enemy attack. This kind of wargames or Kriegsspiel was and is still very common in the military.
In game it allows some of your generals randomly chosen to gain skills.

But in order to set up these wargames, you need some money!

We have made sure through many generic decisions that you can make use of your budget surplus. Setting up wargames is one of these uses.

When you choose to take the decision, provided that you have met the required conditions, you will get a window popping up that will ask you if you want to proceed or are willing to cancel the wargame (just as with any decision).
Let us proceed and see what happens...

Some of your generals have played Darkest Hour and gained some skills. Nice!

The generals that will gain skills are chosen randomly so you cannot exploit this decision. Besides, you will sometimes be lucky and see many generals gain skills, whereas sometimes only one will. :(
Overall this wargame decision is very fun and will keep you busy during both peace and war times. I think you will really enjoy it. Now if you will excuse me, I have a Great War to win!

Cheers.
