Syntax

EvalRuler = <RulerUID> ;<Position> [<;NOT>]

Description

Test if a ruler (or PM) is present at the head of the nation.

Parameters

Valid Alias of a Ruler

<Position>

Integer

Position (office held) can be either:

-1 is any position

0 is the position of the head of state in VGN.

1 is the PM in VGN.

Reverses logic (returns "True" if leader is not in the position specified)
